NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Court dated May 6, 2026 and entered in 50-2025-CA-009849-XXA-MB in the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein TIFFANY LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANTONINE MAXIME is the Defendant, Mike Caruso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, athttp://palmbeach.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M the Clerk's Website for online auctions on June 10, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in the Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
A Parts of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Tiffany Lake, according to the plat thereof on file in the public record of Palm Beach County, Florida in Plat Book 30, pages 8 and 9, the part of said lands conveyed being:
Unit No, 1, Boulding 52, Tiffany Lake Phase III, a Condominium, A condominium, according the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Books 2276, Page 720; and any amendments thereof, together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit said instruments being recorded and said and situate lying and being Palm Beach County, Florida.
