YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on and to foreclose on a mortgage on the following property in Miami-Dade County, Florida, commonly known as 10840 SW 166 TERRACE, MIAMI, FL 33157, and more particularly described as:
Lot 8, Block 5, El Alamo Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 98, Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Which has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ARTHUR S.
