NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 06, 2026, and entered in 35-2025-CA-000403-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY S.
