NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated May 12, 2026 and entered in Case No 2025-CA-2323 of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein Cecily Bellamy as Counter-Plaintiff/Cross-Claimant, and Kenneth Charles Damore aka Kenneth C. DAmore as Cross-Defendant and Windjammer Village of Naples, Inc. as Counter-Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 A.M. on June 4, 2026 at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in that Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Unit #49, WINDJAMMER VILLAGE OF NAPLES, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit B (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2121, Pages 1881-1939, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto.
