Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4/6/2026, in Case No.: 2025CA002704 of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein UNION PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER ANN FERRERA, et al., is the Defendant. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esquire, the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 5/27/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 24, Block 13, UNION PARK PHASE 7A AND OLDWOODS AVENUE EXTENSION PHASES 1, 2, 3 AND 4A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 55 through 63, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florid.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
