Final Judgment was awarded on March 31, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025CA001266, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JACOB MANNING; CLAUDIA EDITH MEJIA QUINONEZ; LAKESIDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EDWIN VALENTINE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on July 28, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 427, LAKESIDE PHASE 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 139-144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
