The West 985.67 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 21 East, Marion County, Florida. Except the West 25 feet thereof for road.
AND
The Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; and the North 1 Chain of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; all lying in Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 21 East, Marion County, Florida.,EXCEPT the North 495 fee thereof.
