NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2026, and the Agreed Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 29, 2026, entered in Case Number 2025-CA-000954 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida wherein PMP ASSET, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and FLORIDA TRUST SERVICES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as trustee of SE 183RD AVE ROAD LAND TRUST #3360 and THE BERTSVILLE ROAD LAND TRUST #5620; QUICK FIND PROPERTIES, LLC, as trustee of SE 183RD AVE ROAD LAND TRUST #3360 and THE BERTSVILLE ROAD LAND TRUST #5620; AMBER EICOFF, an individual; HOUSES BY VICKI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are Defendants, and MV REAL TITLE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a TRUST & TITLE, is a Third-Party Defendant.
Gregory C. Harrell, the Clerk of the Court of Marion County, Florida, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale on May 26, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in an online sale pursuant to Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at https://marion.realforeclose.com/ after having given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
Certain real property, hereafter referred to as the Property and more particularly described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THEN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
