NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Cancel the April 15, 2026, Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025000073CAAXMX, of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Okeechobee County, Florida, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and FRANKLIN E. GRIFFIN, JR. A/K/A FRANKLIN GRIFFIN, JR and PATRICIA A. GRIFFIN are defendants. I, Jerald D. Bryant, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://okeechobee.real foreclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, BRINDABAN FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
