NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Rescheduling Lien Foreclosure Sale dated April 24, 2026 and entered in Case No. 24000437CA of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, the undersigned Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.bay.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's web site for on-line auctions at 11:00 am Central Time on the 8th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
That certain real property lying and being in Okaloosa County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Condominium Unit 2016, Shores of Panama I, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2740, Page 2252, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Bay County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE SALE.
In accordance with F. S. 45.031(3), the successful high bidder, if other than the Plaintiff, shall post with the clerk a deposit equal to 5 percent of the final bid. The deposit shall be applied to the sale price at the time of payment. If final payment is not paid to the Clerk by 11am the next business day; the clerk shall re-advertise the sale and pay all costs of the sale from the deposit. Any remaining funds shall be applied toward the judgment.
