including the structures and improvements located thereon, if any, at a public sale on the 27th day of May, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time), or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at www.escambia.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said court, the style of which is FAIRWAY VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PENSACOLA, INC. v JOY E. GLENN, et al., the case number of which is 2025 CC 005138.
