Butterfield, CPA, will at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on June 9, 2026, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property situate and being in Polk County, Florida more particularly described as:
