NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 532025CA001805A000BA of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Joseph Burkhardt; Fifth Third Bank, N.A., successor by merger with Dividend Solar Finance LLC; Renee Burkhardt; Lake Ashton II Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
