GERALD LYN CARROLL, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that, Roger D. Eaton Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on June 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit: Lot 16, Block 4482, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION EIGHTY ONE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 51A through 51P, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
