NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 17th day of April, 2026, in Civil Action No. 2025-000814-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which B-6 INVESTEMENTS, LLC, TERRACE II AT BABCOCK NATIONAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., BABCOCK NATIONAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and BABCOCK NATIONAL GOLF CLUB, INC., are the Defendants, and BABCOCK RANCH RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, ROGER D.
