NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 2, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2024CA001069, of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in and for ST. LUCIE County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee of BRAVO Residential Funding Trust 2023-NQM7 is Plaintiff and PETERSON FRANCOIS; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Michelle R. Miller, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash https://stlucie.realforeclose.com at 8:00 A.M., on June 2, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
