NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. CA25-0514 of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for St. Johns County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST XI-A is Plaintiff and , ELIZABETH M. FLEISCHER, JOSEPH J. FLEISCHER and ABERDEEN OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendant(s).
