Final Judgment was awarded on March 12, 2026 in Civil Case No. 16-2025-CA-003555, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTY LYN CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTY LYN CAMPBELL; THE PALMS AT MARSH LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
