NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2023, and entered in Case No. 16-2023-CA-008770 of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as trustee, for the registered holders of CSMC Asset-Backed Trust 2007-NC1 OSI, CSMC Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC1 OSI, is Plaintiff and Venturia Abraham a/k/a Venturia Abrahams; Unknown Spouse of Venturia Abraham a/k/a Venturia Abrahams; Oakleigh Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of MASTR Asset-Backed Securities Trust 2007-NCW, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NCW; City of Jacksonville, Florida, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Duval County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
