LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA 
CIVIL DIVISION 
CASE NO.: 25-CA-5851 
IN RE: FORFEITURE OF 
$29,165 U.S. CURRENCY 
To: Nikki Jabot Gorden, address unknown 
You are hereby notified that CARMINE MARCENO, as Sheriff of Lee County has filed a forfeiture proceeding in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida requesting that the $29,165.00 US CURRENCY seized on or about September 24, 2025 be forfeited to the Petitioner, SHERIFF CARMINE MARCENO, for the use and benefit of the LEE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE. 
You are further advised that the LEE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE is presently holding the above described $29,165.00 U.S. Currency. 
You are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to said forfeiture action on SARAH M. GOODMAN, Petitioners attorney, whose address is Lee County Sheriffs Office, Legal Division, 14750 Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida 33912, by mail within 30 days of first publication, and file the original with Clerk of the Court either before service on Petitioners attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
