YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Judgment has been filed against you to have the Peak Property and Casualty Insurance Corporation policy #11409090920 that was reinstated to Jameal Daymon on June 8, 2025 declared null and void from the date of reinstatement for misrepresentations, omissions, concealment and incorrect statements that were material to the acceptance of the risk and the hazards assumed. You are further notified that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to William J. McFarlane, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 210 N. University Dr., 6th Floor, Coral Springs, Florida 33071, Tel: (954) 340-0005, on or before 30 DAYS FROM FIRST PUBLICATION and file the original with the Clerk of the Court.
If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in Business Observer or similar publication with circulation in Pinellas County.
