NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 2, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-012668, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE COLT 2024-3 MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST is Plaintiff and ERIC BOSWORTH; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. VICTOR CRIST, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on June 4, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH HALF (S 1/2) OF LOT 2, BLOCK 4, HENDERSON BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
