NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2026, in Case No: 2025-CA-002579, in the Circuit Court of Lake County, Florida, that the Clerk of this Court, who is currently Gary J. Cooney, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on May 19, 2026, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, Florida, in the Jury Room on the 1st floor, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes (the Foreclosure Sale), after the publication of notice thereof as required by 45.031, Florida Statutes, the property described as follows:
Proprietary lease of:
Unit #B28, L27 of HAWTHORNE AT LEESBURG, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit A (plat plan) of the Master Form of Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 764, page 734 through 767 of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1976 WEST double-wide mobile home bearing Identification Number 3131A and 3131B and Title Numbers 14282045 and 14282946.
