NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 23, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 35-2024-CA-001066-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Tavares, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Clerk of Court of Lake County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, First Floor Jury Room, Tavares, FL, 32778 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 31 day of March, 2026 at 11:00am on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block C, Lakewood Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 63, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
