NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1ST day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No. 35-2025-CA-001950-AXXX-01, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and DENNIS THOMSON; DANA THOMSON and IMPERIAL TERRACE EAST HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Gary J. Cooney as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL 32778, Jury Room 1st Floor in Lake County at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
