NOTICE is hereby given that Mike Caruso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, will on June 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT NO. 105, CONDOMINIUM 3 OF WHITEHALL CONDOMINIUMS OF THE VILLAGES OF PALM BEACH LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4391, PAGE 1309, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
