NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF 
DIRECTORS AND PROJECT BOARDS OF THE 
POLK REGIONAL WATER COOPERATIVE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors and the Project Boards of the Polk Regional Water Cooperative (Cooperative) will meet Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex, 2701 Lake Myrtle Park Road, Auburndale, Florida 33823 to hold a regularly scheduled meeting to address subjects dealing with organization, budgeting, water conservation, and project selection, funding, planning, and development, all as provided within the Interlocal Agreement creating the Cooperative. The meeting is open to the public.

Members of the public desiring to provide comment may do so in person or through submission of written comments before the meeting via mail at Polk Regional Water Cooperative, c/o Executive Director, Attn: Carrie Palmer, P.O. Box 9005, Drawer CA01, Bartow, Florida, 33831-9005, or email to CarriePalmer@polk-county.net. To ensure consideration of written public comments, written comments should be received at least forty-eight hours prior to the public meeting. Public comments offered in writing shall be afforded equal consideration, regardless of the method of communication.
