Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 16, 2026, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Duval County, Florida, in which INGRID WALCOTT is the Defendant, and WESTPORT VILLAGES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , is the Plaintiff. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The property to be sold as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is more particularly described as: 
Lot 227, as shown on the map of VILLAGES OF WESTPORT - PHASE 1, as recorded in Plat Book 60, Pages 101 through 115, of the current public records of Duval County, Florida, less and except with the following described portion of said Lot 227: For a point of beginning, commence at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 227, said point being situate in the curved Southeasterly right of way line of Cadley Circle (A 50 foot right of way as now established) said curved right of way line leading Northeasterly, being concave Southeasterly, having a central angle of 09 degrees 0159, a radius of 420.00, thence around and along said curved right of way line as arc distance of 8.00 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord bearing and distance of North 43 degrees 4650 East, a distance of 8.00 feet, thence South 44 degrees 2634 East, departing said Southeasterly right of way line, a distance of 197.43 feet to the most Southerly corner of said Lot 227; thence N 46 degrees 4555 West, along the line dividing said Lot 227 and Lot 228, as shown on said map of VILLAGES OF WESTPORT PHASE 1, a distance of 197 .35 feet to a point situate in said Southeasterly right of way line of Cadley Circle and the Point of Beginning.
