Plaintiff, vs. INGRID WALCOTT Defendants. NOTICE OF SALE Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 16, 2026, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Duval County, Florida, in which INGRID WALCOTT is the Defendant, and WESTPORT VILLAGES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , is the Plaintiff.
