CHALLENGED MATERIALS 4.30
Purpose and Effect: The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss and obtain public input regarding the following policy:
Policy 4.30. Policy 4.30 is proposed to be amended as follows:
1. Replaces instructional material with challenged materials, and
2. Aligns with Florida law and specifies that challenged materials may also be removed if deemed pornographic or prohibited under F.S. 847.012.
