CONDOMINIUM UNIT 144 OF OLD PONTE VEDRA BEACH, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED OCTOBER 13, 1986, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 721, PAGE 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
