Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated February 20, 2026, and in Case No. 2025CC000643 of the Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida, in which STONE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN D. SCHIAPPA; CAROLINA C. NOSIGLIA the Defendant(s), the Highlands County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 15, Block F, STONERIDGE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 5, of the Public Records of Highlands County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
