NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 23CA000414AX of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial
Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein BANK UNITED N.A., Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Eugene Carlos Dessaso, II a/k/a Eugene Dessaso, II a/k/a Eugene Carlos Dessaso a/k/a Eugene C. Dessaso Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Gregory C. Harrell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.MARION.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 8, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
