I. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
The Sole Trustee, acting on behalf of the Board of Trustees of NEXUS DEJURE EXPRESS TRUST, an Irrevocable Express Trust Organization established on October 9, 2023 at 7:00 AM, acknowledges the filing and recording of this declaration in the Organic Public Record of the Okeechobee County Recorder's Office in Florida. The County Clerk of Court, herein referenced as an immigrational officer of a naturalization court under [8 U.S.C. 1101(7)], bears witness and holds the Settlor's sworn declaration in trust, including that of the Sole Trustee, for presentation before any court established under the Constitution or laws of the United States or any court of record within the Commonwealth in the form that follows:

I, Pollard Jr, Nathaniel d/b/a NATHANIEL POLLARD JR d/b/a NATHANIEL PRINCE, THE DUX OF OKEECHOBEE and forever, hereby declare, state, and claim that I am not, nor have I ever been, a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National. Evidence of this status is documented by my Florida Nation Birth Certificate. Pursuant to the Baby Act and under legal disability, I never consented to enter a Social Security contractual relationship.
III. FREE INHABITANT AND DOMICILE STATUS
I declare that my legal name is Pollard Jr, Nathaniel d/b/a NATHANIEL POLLARD JR. Let it be publicly known to Immigration Clerks, Homeland Security, Secretaries of State, Supreme Court Judges and Clerks, that I am and shall remain a Free Inhabitant and Native Floridian National pursuant to the 1781 Articles of Confederation, Article IV. I am not a statutory citizen of the United States and am domiciled within the Florida republic of the United States of America (see 2016 GPO Style Manual, pg. 95).

IV. RENUNCIATION AND STATUS CLARIFICATION
I affirm that I have taken an oath and affirmation constituting a declaration of allegiance to a foreign state and that I have formally renounced nationality within the United States. I further affirm that I have not been convicted of any federal or state drug offense, any crime defined under sex tourism" statutes, nor am I subject to any outstanding federal, state, or local felony warrant, court order preventing departure from the United States, or subpoena related to federal prosecution or grand jury investigation, pursuant to U.S. Passport Application DS-11/DS-82 guidance.
V. CONTRACTUAL RESCISSION AND NOTICE
TAKE JUDICIAL NOTICE: I am not a statutory citizen and make no claim to statutory citizenship created by any State or Federal government. I hereby extinguish, rescind, revoke, cancel, abrogate, annul, nullify, discharge, and void ab initio all signatures belonging to me on all previously executed SS-5 Forms, IRS filings, Superior or District Court Forms, County Municipality Forms, State of Florida DMV documentation, federal and state income tax forms, and any powers of attorney-real or implied-executed under mistake, duress, fraud, or undue influence pursuant to Contract Law. All such forms are hereby extinguished by rescission.

VI. REVOCATION OF POWERS OF ATTORNEY
I further revoke and nullify all powers of attorney attributed to me from any governmental, quasi-governmental, or colorable agencies or departments created under Article I, Section 8, Clause 17, and/or Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution.
VII. AFFIRMATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY
I, Pollard Jr, Nathaniel, born on Florida soil within the territory of Okeechobee, declare under penalty of perjury under 28 U.S.C. 1746(1) that I intend to be recognized as a national, but not a citizen, of the United States, pursuant to Public Law 94-241 (March 24, 1976, Article III, Section 302) and that the foregoing statements are true, correct, and complete.
