I, Lanus Jr, Charles A. , a Louisianan National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath desposes and says that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City or HOUSTON, County of HARRIS, State of TEXAS, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his/her permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 1445 North Loop West 242F Houston, Texas , and that he formerly resided at 222 St. Louis St (city) BATON ROUGE (state) LOUISIANA, but that his abode in Louisiana constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner name (CHARLES LANUS JR) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (CHARLES LANUS JR), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (CHARLES LANUS JR) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the MINDSET MINISTRY EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 24035371-4, dated May 08, 2024. Affiant further declares that CHARLES LANUS JR or the CHARLES ALFRED Family of LANUS JR ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Texas, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent residence domicile.
I, Lanus Jr, Charles, declare, state, verify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the above statements are true and correct, and with nothing further to state, I have affixed my seal, mark or signature below.
