     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated on or about February 5, 2026 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-000328 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida where Worthshire Group, LLC, a Florida LLC, is the Plaintiff and 5 E Pleasant St LLC and Caputis Investments, LLC is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Jury Assembly Room in the Highlands County Courthouse, 430 South Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL 33870 at 11:00 a.m. on April 15, 2026 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
 
     THE EAST 6 FEET OF THE SOUTH 120 FEET OF LOT 6 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK 3, TOWN OF AVON PARK, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

     Avon Park FL 33825
 
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, fi any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
