NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance No. 1141 shall be presented to the City Commission of the City of Callaway, Florida for final reading and adoption on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Callaway Arts & Conference Center located at 500 Callaway Park Way, Callaway, Florida 32404. The Ordinances in their entirety may be inspected at the office of the City Clerk during regular working hours. ORDINANCE NO. 1141 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALLAWAY, FLORIDA, RELATED TO THE DESIGNATION OF THE MUNICIPAL SEAL; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; SCRIVENERS ERRORS; LIBERAL INTERPRETATION; MODIFICATIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All persons wishing to be heard, please take notice and govern yourselves accordingly. You are further advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at these proceedings, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
