ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSCDBG 23 NR WATER MAIN REPLACEMENTSCDBG CONTRACT NO. 23DB-N09CITY OF CHIEFLAND, FLORIDA Sealed Bids for the construction of the CDBG 23 NR Water Main Replacements project will be received by the City of Chiefland, Florida at the office of the City Manager, 214 East Park Avenue, Chiefland, Florida, 32626, until April 20th at 3:00 pm local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct approximately 4,150 LF of 6" PVC/FPVC (Conventional Installation/Directional Drill) water main; fire hydrants; valves and fitting; cutting and capping existing mains for abandonment; connections to existing mains; reconnection of existing water services; associated restoration; related appurtenances; and Hardeetown lift station improvements consisting of installation of a stationary generator with associated electrical and site work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: CDBG 23 NR Water Main Replacements, CDBG Contract No. 23DB-N09. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CPH Consulting, LLC, 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030. Prospective Bidders may access and download the Bidding Documents online at www.cphcorp.com upon submission of contact information and registering as a Plan Holder. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents also may be examined at City Hall, 214 East Park Avenue, Chiefland, Florida, 32626, (352) 493-6711, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board.
