SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for Construction Services for PO FSED Irrigation System (Bid No. PROJ 26 043).

SUMMARY: furnish and install a complete irrigation system for approximately two acres of land adjacent to the Port Orange Free-Standing Emergency Department (PO FSED). A copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire.

RESPONSES:

Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from the Halifax Health Procurement Portal at

com beginning Mar 31st 2026, 12:00 PM EDT.

Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire. All questions must be received no later than Apr 17th 2026, 12:00 PM EDT, and will be answered via Addendum.

All bid responses must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire with no exceptions. All final bids are due by Apr 29th 2026, 12:00 PM EDT. The conditions contained in the bid instructions will be binding upon each bidder.
