YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Foreclosure has been filed on the following property in Gadsden County, Florida:

COMMENCE AT A FOUND IRON BAR (1 INCH) KNOWN AS MARKING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LANDS AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 24, PAGE 721 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY, AND RUN THENCE SOUTH (BEARING BASE) 125.56 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT (PSM #3031) ON THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY OF A COUNTY ROADWAY, KNOWN AS MARY BROWN ROAD (60.00 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY); THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 42 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY A DISTANCE OF 107.88 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
