AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 25.55 ACRES LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 14 AT 0 RAMPART ROAD, BETWEEN COLLINS ROAD AND PARK CITY DRIVE (A PORTION OF R.E. NO. 015912-2800), OWNED BY COLLINS ROAD PROPERTIES I, LLC, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT (2021-736-E) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE, TO PERMIT INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS PARK AND OFFICE USES, AS DESCRIBED IN THE RAMPART AND COLLINS PUD, PURSUANT TO FUTURE LAND USE MAP SERIES (FLUMS) SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT APPLICATION NUMBER L 6079-25C; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE REZONING GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Application for Planned Unit Development 2026-0125 seeks to rezone approximately 25.53 acres of land from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The property is located at 0 Rampart Road (RE# 015912-2800) between Rampart Road and Collins Road. The agent is Patrick Krechowski, 50 North Laura Street, Suite 1200.
The rezoning to a new PUD is being sought in order to allow for a master planned Industrial Business Park development in the Business Park (BP) Functional Land Use Category with up to 343,000 square feet of general Industrial Business Park Uses
This PUD is a companion to pending application 2026-0124 for small-scale land use amendment (L-6079--25C.) The request is to amend a combined 25.53 acres of land from MDR to BP.
