Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS AND HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the Jacksonville Planning Commission on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Edward Ball Building, 1st Floor Hearing Room 1002, 214 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 and the following public hearings will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and by the 2nd City Council on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0123 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 5.7 ACRES LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 8 AT 0 OLD KINGS ROAD, BETWEEN ACREE ROAD AND PLUMMER ROAD (R.E.
