NO. 002547-0002), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY SANDCASTLE CAPITAL HOLDINGS, LLC, FROM AGRICULTURE (AGR) DISTRICT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE, TO PERMIT SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS, AS DESCRIBED IN THE OLD KINGS ROAD MANUFACTURED HOME PUD, PURSUANT TO FUTURE LAND USE MAP SERIES (FLUMS) SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT APPLICATION NUMBER L-6091-25C; PROVIDING A DISCLAIMER THAT THE REZONING GRANTED HEREIN SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXEMPTION FROM ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Application for rezoning 2026-0123 seeks to rezone approximately 5.70 acres of land from Agriculture (AGR) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The property is located at 0 Old Kings Road, between Acree Road and Plummer Road.
