NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 1:00 P.M., the Planning Commission of the City of Jacksonville will hold a Public Hearing in the Edward Ball Building, 214 North Hogan Street, 1st Floor, Hearing Room - 1002, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. 
The purpose of this meeting is to consider application for:

The street address and/or location for the property 8180 Beaver Street West (RE: 005565-0100;      006222-0250) between Jackson Avenue South and Cahoon Road South in the City of Jacksonville. This application was filed by Greg R. Dykstra, Great Southeast, 5150 Diane Island Drive, Jacksonville, FL. This property is currently zoned CCG-2.
