TOWN OF LADY LAKE NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE 2026-05 AN ORDINANCE VOLUNTARILY CONTRACTING THE TOWN BOUNDARY BY DEANNEXING ONE PROPERTY BEING APPROXIMATELY 53 ACRES, ADDRESSED AS 3105 HARTSOCK SAWMILL ROAD, LOCATED AT THE EAST END OF HARTSOCK SAWMILL ROAD, MORE PARTICULARLY AND LGALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED HERETO AND FULLY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE; PROVIDING FOR REDEFINITION OF THE LAND BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF LADY LAKE; PROVIDING FOR FILING OF THIS ORDINANCE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
