TOWN OF LADY LAKE NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE 2026-04 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ZONING DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY BEING APPROXIMATELY 0.19 ACRES OWNED BY JOANN M HALL TRUST; LOCATED WITHIN ORANGE BLOSSOM GARDENS, UNIT 2, WITHIN THE TOWN OF LADY LAKE, FLORIDA; REZONING SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM LAKE COUNTY MIXED HOME REISDENTIAL (RM) TO LADY LAKE MIXED RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY (MX-8); PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
