NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT INTENT TO AMEND VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 6 Village Community Development District No. 6 intends to amend and restate it Rule to Bring About Deed Compliance. Per Section 190.011, 190.035 and 120.54 Florida Statutes have granted the District authority to adopt Rules.
