NOTICE OF INTENT OF AMEND AND RESTATE THE DISTRICTS RULE TO BRING ABOUT DEED COMPLIANCE FOR VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 Village Community Development District No. 11 intends to amend and restate a Rule to Bring About Deed Compliance. Per Section 190.011, 190.035 and 120.54 Florida Statutes have granted the District authority to adopt Rules. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the proposed rule by contacting the District Clerks Office at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages 32163.
