NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT INTENT TO DEVELOP VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 8 Village Community Development District No. 8 intends to develop a Rule to for the Towing and Removal of Improperly Parked Vehicles and Vessel from District and District-owned facilities and property. Per Section 190.011, 190.035 and 120.54 Florida Statutes have granted the District authority to adopt Rules. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the proposed rule by contacting the District Clerks Office at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages 32163.
