NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
A Public Hearing will be held by the Special Master for Village Center Community Development District, Village Community Development District No. 4, Village Community Development District No. 8, Village Community Development District No. 11, Village Community Development District No. 12, Village Community Development District No. 13, Village Community Development District No. 14 and Middleton Community Development District-A on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the District Office Board Room, 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32163. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to address case(s) in violation of the Districts Rule to Bring About Enforcement of Deed Compliance. During the public hearing, the Special Master will only receive testimony and evidence from District staff, the property owner, and parties that will be substantially and directly affected by the Special Masters decision. No others will be heard.
 
The agenda for the meeting will be posted seven (7) days prior to the Public Hearing on the www.DistrictGov.org website.
