INVITATION TO BID NO. 2026-03-PS
JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES AND OFFICES
The Town of Lantana will be accepting Bids for an Invitation to Bid for the Contract for Janitorial Services for Public Facilities and Offices. Bid specifications may be obtained at www.demandstar.com and will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. E.S.T. on April 07, 2026 at which time, Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town of Lantana Council Chambers, 500 Greynolds Circle, Lantana, Florida.
Description of work includes the following:
The Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other incidentals required to perform the work as quantified in the Bid Form(s).
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all required pages are included in the Bid. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award two (2) separate contracts for the work outlined and described in the Invitation to Bid. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. E.S.T. on March 24, 2026 beginning at the Towns Public Services Center, 510 West Pine Street, Lantana, FL 33462.
The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property.
Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
