LEGAL NOTICE LANTANA TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING May 11, 2026 On Monday, May 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible and which may be continued from time to time and place to place as necessary, in the Town Council Chambers, located at 500 Greynolds Circle, Lantana, Florida, the Town Council will hold quasi-judicial public hearings to consider and make a final determination on the following applications: CASE #AR26-0001 Request for Administrative Review pursuant to Section 23-63(a) of the Town Code of Ordinances for the property located at 311 East Ocean Avenue, #107. The Applications may be inspected and copied at the Development Services Department during the normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday or can be obtained by emailing Planning@Lantana.org. All interested persons are encouraged to come to the public hearing and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision of the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
